A "Gurdwara," meaning "the doorway to the guru (teacher)" is a place of worship for Sikhs, the followers of Sikhism. People of all religious backgrounds, including atheists and agnostics, are welcome at a Gurdwara. We hope this website can help new folks in the Pittsburgh area become familiar with the Gurdwara and get them in touch with the community.
